PLAY DATES
Let’s make being human a little less serious.
Come spend some time with the parts of yourself you haven’t heard from in a while.
Sometimes learning looks like journaling. Sometimes it looks like movement, stillness, stories, slightly strange questions, honest conversation, or remembering what you loved before everything had to be useful.
Each Play Date begins with a theme. From there, we might reflect, create, notice what is happening in our bodies, learn a little, laugh a little, and follow our curiosity somewhere unexpected.
explore play date topics:
Coming back to self
45 minutes | In person or virtual | 3–20 people
For the moments when you can feel yourself slipping away.
Learn to recognize the subtle ways you leave yourself behind when life becomes too loud, demanding, or full of everyone else’s needs.
Together, we’ll explore your nervous system, the unique cues that tell you when you are moving out of regulation, and what helps you find your way back.
Expect self-reflection, body awareness, accessible education, and casual conversation.
Exploring Our Younger Selves
45–90 minutes | In person or virtual | 3–20 people
There are younger parts of you still waiting to be known.
Through meditation, guided journaling, and reflection, we’ll meet the younger parts of ourselves with curiosity.
This is an invitation to remember, imagine, grieve, play, and offer those younger selves something they may not have received then: the safety of meeting you now.
Especially meaningful for friendship gatherings, Galentine’s events, and self-exploration spaces.
Soul Résumé
45 minutes–60 minutes | In person or virtual | 3–20 people
You are more than what you have accomplished.
We are taught to build our lives around achievements, degrees, awards, productivity, and praise. Those things can be beautiful, but they are not the whole story.
What makes you feel alive? What do you love for no practical reason? What small things help you remember who you are?
Through meditation, reflection, and journaling, you’ll begin creating a résumé measured in aliveness rather than accomplishment.
Self-Love Exploration
45–90 minutes | In person or virtual | 3–20 people
How would you treat yourself if you knew you were worthy of your own care?
Together, we’ll explore what it might mean to offer yourself care through the five love languages, the words you speak over your life, and the relationship you continue to build with your younger self.
Expect reflection, affirmations, conversation, and approachable ways to make self-love feel more personal and real.
Participate in a way that feels right for you.
You can speak, write, move, make, listen, or sit quietly. You don’t have to share a personal story with the group. You don’t need any artistic ability. Questions and accommodation requests are always welcome.
