CONVERSATIONS

Let’s make room
for the humans in the room.

Good information should still feel alive.

I offer speaking engagements and interactive workshops for the people caring for students, patients, teams, organizations, communities, and everyone in between.

The people doing deeply human work are often expected to keep showing up without much room to notice how they are doing.

I create sessions where we can slow down, get curious, and talk honestly about stress, wellness, and the relationship between our minds and bodies.

There may be education, storytelling, reflection, breathwork, movement, conversation, or a little unexpected play. Every experience is shaped with the people in the room in mind.

Where might we begin?

Something your group needs to talk about?

I can create custom workshops for organizations navigating a particular challenge, supporting a specific group, or hoping to open a conversation that deserves more care than a generic presentation can offer.

My hope is that participants leave with:

  • A clearer understanding of stress, regulation, and their own well-being

  • Practical tools they can use beyond the room

  • More awareness of what their bodies may be communicating

  • Language for experiences that can be difficult to explain

  • A little more curiosity, playfulness, and room to breathe

I know what it’s like to be in the room.

My approach is shaped by my experience in nursing, school wellness, health education, and group facilitation.

As a rural emergency room nurse, I worked alongside people navigating trauma, urgency, emotional intensity, and burnout. In school wellness, I taught students in grades 5 through 12 about the mind-body connection, somatic symptoms, breathwork, and grounding practices.

I have also facilitated Play Dates at Treehouse Yoga Studio and led gatherings exploring self-love, younger selves, nervous-system awareness, and coming back to yourself.

I don’t enter a room assuming I know everything about the people inside it. I bring what I know, stay curious about what I don’t, and create space for people to meet the material in their own way.

Different rooms.

Different ways to gather.

Virtual sessions may be hosted through Zoom or Google Meet with reliable internet, camera, and audio access.

A few practical things...

“Liz is relatable, and I love that she lives what she teaches and shares with others.”

What does
your room
need?

Tell me who’s gathering, what matters to them, and what you hope they carry with them when they leave.

From there, we can choose an existing topic or create something that fits.
